Tutored tasting with the brewmaster of Birracrua and the Italian beer expert Lorenzo Dabove. Chestnut colour whit a thick off-white head, clear body. Chestnut honey aroma, toasted malt, plum, wallnut, weak hop aroma (citrussy). Honey in flavor, moderate bitterness, very full body, oily texture.
