UPDATED: NOV 20, 2003 Tutored tasting with the brewmaster of Birracrua and the Italian beer expert Lorenzo Dabove. Dark chestnut brown body, light brown head. Aroma of caramel, plum, vinous, medium burnt aroma, weak almond and sour cherries. Flavor has notes of citrus, almond, toffee, weak burnt flavor. Medium body, watery texture.
