3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20 eczematic (1304) - Sydney, AUSTRALIA - MAY 22, 2011
Arrestingly herbal nose, gin and grass and mint and ... worty, grainy husky malt.. Wild. The streak of fluorescent green continues through a slightly murky and unclean palate, expanding into quinine like bitterness, not too shabby at 44ibu for an Italian lager, but doesn’t finish as clean as it could, peanut buttery, grainy and slightly dirty malt lingering alongside. In some ways this is great and reminds me of some of the more rustic Franconian pilseners with its full on mixture of herbal grassy hops and worty, grainy malt. Like a less refined version of weltenburger pils in particular with the gin-like hops. will be in Italy soon I reckon could be good fresher

Difficilmente ho bevuto una lager artigianale così cattiva e somigliante ad un prodotto industriale. Altro che ’na biretta, ’na biraccia!!!
