COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
’na biretta de Natale è una doppio malto ambrata rifermentata al miele. Ciò che la caratterizza è l’armonia tra il sentore di malto ed il profumo del miele della rifermentazone. Birra di buon corpo e struttura che ben si abbina a formaggi stagionati ed erborinati come a dolci secchi della tradizione natalizia. Abbondante, fine e persistente la schiuma, moderata la luppolatura.

Bottle from Castroni near St. Peter’s. Pours clear slighty rudddy dark amber with a creamy beige head. Light xmas spice aroma. Med body. It’s malty, slightly honey, with a faint touch of chocolate??? There is very mild spice, but not so xmasy as the nose suggested. More on the sweet side for sure.
