COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Grado Plato iniziale: 18°
Gasatura in volumi: 2,5
EBC (unità di colore): 38
Ingredienti: malto d’orzo, luppolo, acqua, lievito.

330 ml bottle from Hop Corner. Dark copper/light brown, pretty hazy, with a big, creamy and persistent off white head. Pretty fruity aroma, mainly citrusy and tropical but with a hint of Belgian influence (fruit esters, candied sugar). Big orange and berries notes, some light toffee. Definitely complex and inviting. More malty than fruity in the mouth, just a hint of hop tang in the finish. Caramel, pine resin and some light dark fruits. Slightly warming. Soft to average carbonation, medium body, slightly oily texture. Great.

Bottle from GBBF 2014 and drunk at home. Dark brown colour with a lasting beige head. Very malty aroma. Fruity malty flavour. Rather good I thought. Like a malty strong beer. Good though.

A reddish copper ale with a thin mocha head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with dark fruits, faint British hops, nice. In mouth, a sweet fruity caramel malt with burned notes, English hop, fruity notes, OK. Bottle from Mondial 2014.
