Tap on cask at birreria. Pours orangey yellow with floral and citric nose. Tastes of orange peel, herbaceous, thyme, malt, hops, and biscuits. Solid tasty brew.

Draught @ Birreria: This one poured a hazy, orangish color. There was a small off white head on it that didn’t linger too long, or leave much lacing. Interesting nose. I can smell a bit of the thyme. Light malts, a hint of pine and grain also. The taste is OK. Very subtle flavors. The thyme is there, but not overdone. Malts, hint of bitterness. It is a little hard to describe but it is good. A nice, unique beer.

Cask at Eataly Birreria NYC sept 2012. Amber hazy beer with a small offwhite lacy head. Hoppy aroma. Hoppy, herbal flavour. Smoth nice beer.

Bronzed body with a wonderful silken head. Pleasant combination of thyme and hop in the nose that works surprisingly well. Spicy, piquant, intriguing, and refreshing. The body strikes a nice balance of herbal and hoppy. Refreshing and quite enjoyable.

Slightly hazy light amber with no head.
Herbal aroma - Oregano, thyme. Some caramel notes.
"Pizza" like flavors (herbal), sweet malt, low hop flavors but some bitterness comes from the herbs.
Light-med body, not easy to drink because of bizarre herb flavors.

Draught at the brewpub. Somewhat hazy golden beer with a bubbly white head. Citrus aroma, floral, spicy, grass, grapefruit, yeasty notes, some thyme. Floral flavor, spicy, thyme, pepper, pine, grapefruit, hoppy, apples, some bread, yeasty notes. Quite nice.

Draft at birreria. Dark orange tan color. Smells of spices, basil, with slightly sweet after taste. One of the better ones from here.

Cask at Birreria. Thyme pale ale. Smells like an Italian garden, great. Mouth wash, medicinal body, fresh. Thyme and mint . Sweet, tasty and refreshing. very interesting

Flavor and Palate : Mid bodied with full malty body. Smooth ,easy going. Perfect carbonation level. Refreshing, gentle and ultra smooth. Herbal blend with clean hop finish. Excellent hen paired with food.

Cask. Pours golden orange with a white head. Spicy thyme in the aroma with flowery hops and light citric notes. The flavor has thyme, floral and citric hops, and light sweet malty notes. Solid.
