Draught at L’Ambasciata di Recco, Genova. Hazy golden with a lazy head that disappeared quickly into the depths of hell. Deadly aroma of paint fumes, band-aid, burnt hair and rotten carcass. To drink this may sacrifice my existence on this beautiful green Earth. I take a sip...wow! I’ve never tasted anything so putred and horrid in my 27 years of being. To describe this would be to share my suffering which I would not want to place my burden onto my fellow man. The burning acidity attacked my esophagus with unrelenting vigour. It lingered for what felt like a lifetime. How can life be so cruel to a kind, good-hearted samaritan? I swear I saw Satan devilishly laughing back at me through the glass. I’ve now lost all faith in humanity. I’ll never be the same again.

Draught at l’Ambasciata di Recco, Genova. Poured an amber-red body with a huge thick white head that went away slowly. Light sweetish dusty malty nose with notes of caramel. Slightly acidic taste, notes of chocolate and grain, again acidity in the finish. Despite an obvious infection ends up being balanced if a bit light but that still doesn’t save the fact that it’s acidic when it shouldn’t be.

10/10 Draught at the L’Ambasciata di Recco, Genova. Poured orange to brown body with some medium to bigger head. Good nose, some orange and caramel yeast. Unfortunately, flavor was ruined as well as in their Weizen. Is it infected batch, beer of just old I wouldn’t know. Yeasty and malty body helps it to feel something of a beer, and I can’t stop thinking how it would be really great beer without that sourness. Even the finish is quite pleasant with fine caramel. Will try to rerate if again hang around Genova.

Questa sapeva né più né meno di detersivo... secondo me aveva qualche grosso problema
