Cloudy copper color. It has an interesting malt and hop aroma, similar to German Pilsner. The flavor is less interesting, even if there is a reasonable body; not enough malt flavor, a bit too much alcohol, quite strong bitterness (but not much quality in it). Think of it as a decent Malt Liquor.

On bottle at bir&fud. Very impressive beer. It left me a very good memory. Actually I bought it again at the beer shop Domus Birrae. The froth is rather persistent with a hazy yellow color. The most impressive taste is the citrus which I appreciate a lot, as well as the fruity one. Very good beer.

Unclear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, fruity, light to moderate hoppy, flowers, moderate yeasty, phenol. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100911]

Cloudy golden with a small off white head. Somewhat malty nose with hops and phenols. Flavor had loads of phenol, hints of malt and yeast. Finished dry.

75 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is light grassy and slight cornish. Sweet malty, light orange fruity and citric. Ends flat malty and slight spiced to citric. Vague phenolic note.

Bottled. A hazy golden with a lazing orangey head. The aroma has notes of malt, straw, and some fruits. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and fruits, leading to a dry bitter finish.

3rd June 2010 - Brasserie 4:20 - Bottle, thanks to the very generous Alex!! Light hazy gold beer. Very light palate, a little soft and dry. Very light dry malt, lagerish,. Then super sweet ornagey pineapple and tropical fruits. Finishes super light and dry and soft and fruity. A very light tropical fruit lager! Well I’m converted! Hides it’s abv very well!
