Unclear medium amber colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, apple, caramel, spicy, alcohol, light to moderate yeasty, phenol. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter with a long duration, star anis, spicy, sweet yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20121215]
