3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottled. An amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet with notes of malt and citrus, but also hints of acidity. The falvor is acidic citrusy with light notes of caramel, leading to a dry and slightly tart finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

(Bottle 33 cl) Courtesy of yespr. Hazy amber golden with an off-white head. Aroma of fruit, caramel and good aroma hops. Quite full-bodied, a pleasant fruitiness - peachy - and a very solid hop bite in the finish. A fine one. 030608

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottled at Monk’s Café, Stockholm. Cloudy darkish amber, rich creamy head. strong hoppy citric grapefruit aroma. Sweet with clean rounded mouthfeel. Notes of strawberries and caramel, but hops is dominant. Long resiny bitterness. Very American style, both is terms of malt and hop character, yet with something that tells me it’s not really American made.

UPDATED: JUL 7, 2009 2009-07-07, bottle, 1 year old, 7-5-6-3-13=34
Beautiful amber color, hazy; big head. Very nice hop aroma, fruity initially (delicate apricot and mango), later English hops. It’s very dry, with some caramel flavor but too much bitterness.

Cloudy amber color; creamy head. Delicate but nice hop aroma, there are resins, fruits and grass. It has a round mouthfeel, but the body is not so strong, it has anyway a strong toffee flavor and an extreme hopping, of good quality. Some more sweetness and it would be perfect. The final is very long and excellent.
