Bottled at Monk’s Café, Stockholm. Cloudy darkish amber, rich creamy head. strong hoppy citric grapefruit aroma. Sweet with clean rounded mouthfeel. Notes of strawberries and caramel, but hops is dominant. Long resiny bitterness. Very American style, both is terms of malt and hop character, yet with something that tells me it’s not really American made.

33 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with with a fully diminished off-white head. Grapefruity hops aroma with a mild sweetness, light liqourice note. Dry hops flavour with a nice liqourice note and a solid bitterness following. Ends fruity and dry hoppy.

Cloudy amber color; creamy head. Delicate but nice hop aroma, there are resins, fruits and grass. It has a round mouthfeel, but the body is not so strong, it has anyway a strong toffee flavor and an extreme hopping, of good quality. Some more sweetness and it would be perfect. The final is very long and excellent.

(Bottle, Monk’s Café, Stockholm) Reddish amber colour with brief, beige head. Fruity, hoppy nose with blood oranges and citrussy hops. Fruity, hoppy taste with notes of blood oranges, citrus peel, caramel and slightly resiny hops in the finish. Very nice balance with a nice hoppy character. Well done!

750 ml bottle. An unclear amber beer with a medium sized, quite persistent, creamy white head. Nice hoppy aroma, with fruity (grapefruit), grassy and flowery notes. Light underlying malt aroma. The flavour is hoppy too, once again very much grapefruit, lychee and grass. Well balanced and highly drinkable. Medium body, average carbonation, dry long finish with medium to high bitterness. Well crafted.

Bottled at Monks Café, Stockholm. Pours out in a clear amber colour with rich fluffy white foam. Big hoppy aroma of grapefruit with hints of flowers, red berries, lychee and wet grass. Medium-bodied with fresh hoppy notes of resin, flowers, grapefruit, mild caramel and cedar. Long bitter finish of grapefruit and grass.
