(Bottle, Monk’s Café, Stockholm) Reddish amber colour with brief, beige head. Fruity, hoppy nose with blood oranges and citrussy hops. Fruity, hoppy taste with notes of blood oranges, citrus peel, caramel and slightly resiny hops in the finish. Very nice balance with a nice hoppy character. Well done!

Really delicious hoppy brew. Pours out a light amber with golden hues and a finger of foamy off white head. Sweet and fruity hop forward nose. Light grainy malt notes and citrus zest. Sweet flavor with a hint of grapefruit and lemon rind. Great hop character and flavor with medium bitterness. Overall, a well balanced beer.

Bottle enjoyed at lunch in Desanzano, Italy. Deep golden orange color. Slightly cloudy. Massive head. The nose is mango, grapefruit. Some sugar. The taste is salty sweet strawberry. Malty. Yeasty, slightly cheesy notes. This beer is somewhat rustic and warming. Light bitter hop presence on the finish. Medium body active carbonation. Overall, quite tasty. A bit heavy for an APA, but quite flavorful.

[ASPETTO]
ambrata, con riflessi arancio, leggermente velata
[SCHIUMA]
bianca, media presenza, fine, media persistenza
[OLFATTO]
[TEXTURE]
corpo medio-basso, leggermente watery , carbonazione contenuta. Percezione alcolica minima.
[CONCLUSIONI]

Bottle. Pretty amber-red color, bubbly head. Minerally nose, grass, light caramel malt, risin, prune. Flavor of caramel, raisin, minerals, pine, a bit of coffee, with a sour edge. Ok, and original, but too metallic.

330ml bottle. Cloudy dark amber with huge frothy off-white to white head. Fine balanced hop aroma, citrus and a spicy note. Taste is more dark malt dominated with a decent hay- or chaff-like dryness. Nice.
