Tasted during Nepenthia. Hazy orange c odor. Ring of white head. Big smoke, peat. Nice bright bretty citrusy aroma. It works well. Great big complex flavor, nice to sip on. Medium to bigger body. Lighter, kind of soft carbonation. Lightly slick bod, then more dry in the finish. Nice mild tart, light to moderate bitter. Lighter sweet. Very tasty, interesting stuff.

Smells of sheep shit, so I guess at least the peat is good. Harsh sour aspects too. Hazy and pale. Fucking sharp vinegary palate. This is just pure battery acid. Brett should introduce a funkiness, never vinegar, these guys are doing it wrong. The rest of the ingredients I like, but the light grains are completely killed by the acid.

Neat squat bottle from Caponeís. Pours turbid straw colored, looking like pulpy orange juice, with white head. Nose is huge peat, yeast, funk, oak. Smells like a scotch and funky ale hybrid. Tastes tart, fruity, with heavy notes of peat, tangerine, grapefruit, smoked malt. It all comes together nicely.

Expense ass bottle. Poured a cloudy golden color with a smaller sized head. Funky, citrus, earth, manure, and peat.

Tap at Tallinn Craft Beer Weekend 2015. Now thatís a crazy brew. On the nose itís fatty smoked bacon and dry cider... mixed. Very sour, with a lingering bacon smokiness, cidery fruitiness, extreme tartness, almost burning in the finish (which is thankfully abrupt), leaving a nice smoky bitter feeling in the throat. Body plus medium, texture sticky, carbonation plus average. Being so different from all other beers at the festival I found it to be an absolute stunner, an incredibly complex and strange thing... I loved it.

Tap @TCBW2015. Cloudy orange color. No head, some expected. Nice peat, rubber, bit of leather in aroma. Itís like stale, sour whiskey full of peat smokiness. Sourness is bit too strong and vinegary, but peat really rescues that one for me. I donít mind drinking it.

On tap at Tallinn Craft Beer Weekend. Hazy golden with a white head. Sour peaty aroma with notes of sour berries and farmyard. Strange and simply lovely mixture of the sour funky stuff and the smoky, peaty stuff. Never tried a beer like this before, but I certainly hope I will later. Moderate sweet with a quite noticable acidity and lasting a aftertaste. Oooh, delicious!
