draft @ redlight redlight. Spicy malty nose, caramel, brown sugar, with a slight fruitiness. Pours a reddish amber with a thick white head. Malty, caramel, with citrus notes, with a nice bitterness, a bubble gum flavor as well almost floral. I really like this one.

2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
Ok. I swear I was just saying how I hate del ducato beers. .... Ha. K. This smells like unknown vapors. Brownish with a silty head. The smell is not appealing what so ever. Let this sit for almost an hour and it did improve. Plums, cheap white wine, raspberries, figs - maybe it was the figs. Not gonna finish this, mainly cuz I’m tired. The taste is kinda sour with a quick fade bitterness early, fig, caramel sort of burnt, fruits, wine, heavily carbonated. This ain’t my this at all.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottled sample via boutip. Ruby brown in colour with medium carbonation. Aromas are of red wine, caramel, red apple, and spicy Belgian yeast. Acidic red fruit flavors dominate the palate, and are backed by minerals, toasted malt, pale malt, and magic marker. Medium bodied, but the tartness and slightly fizzy carbonation make it feel a bit lighter on the palate. A hard beer to pin down, yet it’s quite drinkable.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pours a hazy deep brown correct with a foamy light brown hat with some lacing. Aroma of dried fruits like figs & dates with some sweet caramel, malts & some nuts. Taste is some dried sweet fruits up front with a well balanced malty body and then a nice smooth sour cherry taste on the finish that leads to a nice dry finish like a syrah & so.
