courtesy of Jérôme Rebetez - very hazy red-amber beer with no foam left; aroma of boiled raspberries, acetic, notes of candied apples; full-bodied, fairly sour, very dry and long sourish raspberry finish, herbal and apple-ish - somehow confusing yet very good

Draught. Hazy golden beer with an offwhite head. Sourish raspberry aroma. Similar flavour with some citrus and berries notes. Nice refreshing beer :-)

Tasted during Nepenthia. Totally hazy sort of burnt orange color. No head. Awesome massive raspberry flavor. Great tartness. Moderate sour, in a nice tingly raspberry way. Medium body. Smooth, light carbonation. Slick finish. Fantastic raspberry sour. Super-pleasant. Favorite of the day so far. One of the more enjoyable raspberry ales I’ve ever had.

Bottled at Bishops Arms Folkungagatan, Stockholm. Cloudy blood orange juice colour. Citric nose with lemon and raspberries. Mild but distinct acidity, light-medium body and well rounded mouthfeel. Sour candyish raspberry and blood grape flavour. Not complex, but laid back and tasty.

Squat head basher bottle from Capone’s. Pours turbid coppery ruby color with minimal off-white head. Nose is tart raspberries, funky yeasty malt. Tastes tart, with a big raspberry flavor, some earthy and lactic notes, funk, and a tart, fruity finish. Delicious, and paired well with Lindt white choocolate truffles.

750ml Bottle. Pours a hazy rosy golden color with a thin veil of gaseous bubbles. Nose is very tart raspberry with some basement funk, vinegar, wet oak. Palate follows with huge sour raspberry fruit, very sharp but doesn’t cross the line of burning acetic, lots of funk layers, musty, cobweb, foggy grain profile. Definitely sour.

Firstly tastes of gooseberry and wild strawberry. The sourness is quite high and can disturb the taste at first. Aftertaste balanced and without the sourness.
