Cloudy yellow pour with thick tan head. Aroma is a nice mix of yeast, citrus, and grain, along with some other fruits. Flavour is a nice balance of what the aroma had to offer and a mild bitterness. Not sure I would classify this as an ’’american pale ale’’, but a great beer nonetheless.

Dec 12 CBAC. I guess the big names and tasty treats were not all in the first week. Cloudy dark yellow with WAY too much carbonation and foam. Hop scent with a trace of yeast. Nice body, hoppy citrus with a trace of peach. Nice finishing bitterness.

Yellow-Orange body with a small rocky white head. Aroma is the best quality, fruity and makes wonder a full body and hops...but not. Watery with a touch of fruits.

UPDATED: NOV 18, 2012 Golden color with white head. Citrous and herbal aroma. So drinkable with light body and medium bitter.

I dig Del Ducato beers. Apricot and hazy with a very thin white skiff. Awesome aroma and this holds my new latest fave aroma. It’s honey/lemon/apricot/lime/strong floral aroma rules. Succulent! There’s also a minor doughy thing as well. The flavour doesn’t quite live up to that amazing aroma but it does not disappoint. Sharp and soft is a good mix that always wins me over. Lime, candy apricot, mild zip, honeysuckle. Yumzo! Finishes tasty!

giallo paglierino carico con schiuma bianca pannosa e persistente. Naso piuttosto intenso, agrumato (cedro, pompelmo, limone) e con un lieve sentore di miele. Semplice in bocca, fresca e dissetante......chiude secca e pulita.

Chiara buona schiuma non molto lersistente piuttosto grossolana naso agrumato fruttato buona secchezza piuttosto gasata buon amaro non molto lunga

A me è piaciuta tantissimo! Bella da vedere anche se non ha tanta shiuma, profumatissima, saporitissima, frutto della passione frutta tropicale in particolare, freschissima super beverina! Birra super estiva!

Botella de 330ml. Vaso de ½ Pinta. Saboreada en may´12. Color oro pálido y apariencia nublada. Espuma blanca y cremosa. Fragancias florales y aromas de levadura. Fresco amargor de entrada seguido por un amargo limpio que domina los sabores. Final de piel de limón y seca astringencia. Cuerpo medio-ligero y carbonatación alta. Asimilación correcta. 330ml bottle. ½ Pint glass. Enjoyed on may´12. Pale gold in color & foggy appearance. White, creamy froth. Floral fragancies & yeasty aromas. Crispy bitter upfront. Clean bitterness dominates flavors. Lemon zest & dry astringent finish. Medium/light body, high carbonation. Drinkability is ok.

[ASPETTO] color paglierino, velata [SCHIUMA] bianca, buona presenza, fine e compatta, buona persistenza [OLFATTO] poco intenso, con sentori di malto (crosta di pane) e di contorno un leggerissimo fruttato agrumato [GUSTO] media intensità, con un inzio maltato, leggermente dolce, che progredisce molto gradualmente verso sapori amari, inizilamente caratterizzati da note agrumate ( scorsa di pompelmo) per poi finire con note più vegetali. Finale secco e retrogusto amaro mediamente persistente. [TEXTURE] corpo medio basso, non proprio watery, sensazione alcolica quasi nulla. [COMMENTO FINALE] bottiglia bevuta conl’esplicito marchio BIRRIFICIO DL DUCATO anche se nella pagina web non figura fra le birre prodotte. Probabilmente non è altro che la BIA golden ale prodotta dalla medesima casa. Pale ale molto leggera, profumi e sapori tenui, con una leggera influenza american nei luppoli. birra molto beverina, dissetante con un buon finale amaro e secco. sebbene i toni sono (volutamente?) un po’ spenti, il suo pregio risiede in una ottima pulizia ed armonia. Birra artigianale che cerca di farsi posto fra le industriali, mantenendo però una qualità superiore. Dietro alla BIA sta appunto un lodevole tentativo di abbassare i costi del prodotto artigianale per il grande pubblico mantenendo comunque un elevato standard qualitativo.
