Bottle. Frothy white fair mostly deminishing head. Amber colour. Moderate malty and light hopy slightly sour aroma. moderate bitter very sour flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate.

Bottle, 2008 vintage, courtesy of Nino from Sherwood. Smells of cinnamon and coriander and lots of other spices, as well as sour grapes. Tastes of sour, with spices, and a medium to heavy sweetness. Medium bodied. Finishes a bit cloying.
This was actually the beer used to make the dessert we were enjoying at the time.

Unclear medium to dark orange colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white to beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, fruity, moderate hoppy, orange - citrus, spicy - pomerans - salvie. Flavour is light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration. Body is medium to full, texture is oily and sticky, carbonation is soft. [20111105]
