Commercial Description:

a good looking beer with a murky light brown color, lots of thick slow moving lace, under a large whipped cream looking beige head. aroma is lightly sour with notes of plum, peach and citrus(pineapple, lemon). spiced with nutmeg, anise. flavor has notes sour plums, citrus, a bit of wood, a bit of brett. the spices are not showing much in flavor. dry, bitter finish. needs some sweetness. full bodied

Bottle… Cloudy orange ale with a small, creamy, off-white head. Good retention. The anise really asserts itself in the otherwise fruity, woodsy and tangy aroma. Medium to full-bodied with a milky mouthfeel and lively carbonation. Moderately sweet and moderately acidic with low bitterness. Fruity, vinous and woodsy with a hint of spice. Finishes moderately tangy and lightly sweet.

750 ml bottle at redlight redlight. Very floral aromas, spicy hops, rich malt aromas. Pours orange amber with a thin white head. Very floral in the taste too, fruity malts, tropical fruits, light, sweet citrus with hints of spice, grains of paradise maybe even corriander. Very interesting beer, reminiscent of a Fantome.

Bottle @ YNWA, Kolding.
Pours hazy red-golden with a thin, bubbly, white film head. Aroma is spicy, oranges, cloves and lightly fruity tart. Low carbonation, nice creamy mouthfeel. Flavour is light, balanced sweet, pleasantly spicy. The cloves are powerful, almost drying the beer out. Some toffee. Long aftertaste with light dryness.
