On tap @ Beer Temple (Del Ducato tap takeover). Dark red color, rather murky. No head. Aroma’s: cherries, almonds, tart, wood, with a light sweetness retronasal. Flavor is medium sour, cherries, hint of sweetness. Medium bodied. Enough carbonation. Almonds in the finish. Pretty good.

Pours red/amber with virtually no head, and the small had that appears disappears really fast (made me remind of really old beers when pouring). Aroma of sourness, a bit of sour cherries. Taste is mostly acidic, vinegar like, with a decent amount of sour cherries and some oakiness, not too exciting at all. Mouthfeel was horrible. This beer felt oily in the mouth, leaving a layer of oiliness which stayed for a while and then turned into something astringent. In the throat it felt like vinegar. Gave me a head ache for a good 2 hours. The sour cherries were there but still a lot of work on this one. Way overpriced at 10 euro for a small bottle.

Cuvee 2010
Clear caramel colour, slight white head. Quite sour aroma, fruity, citrus, cherry, reminding of Oud Bruin. Sour flavour, citric acid, acetic, lemon peel, wood. Quite dry. Light carbonation. Tart finish, wood, vanilla and lemon peel.
Very elegant.

bottle shared by tom10101, many thanks man - mondial de la bière: 0, tommy: 1. pours hazy copper-red with a very small off-white head. red fruitiness, wood, grass, moderate but fairly present acetic notes, underlying caramel, spices, some raisins and herbs, some treacle sweetness. soft carbonation, light to medium body - oily, fairly present acetic acid that cuts through that sweetness - slightly unbalanced. a nice ’’beer day’’ ending - enjoyable for sure!

Amber colour, Slight fruity sour aroma. Taste is sour, fruity, dry, not bad.
