Colore ambrato torbo con assenza completa di schiuma. Al naso in evidenza marasche e amarene, e acetico. In bocca è molto equilibrata fra l’acetico pungente e il fruttato. Buona davvero...

1.6 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 5/20 DuffMan (4422) - the land of bitumen, beef & beer, Alberta, CANADA - APR 14, 2012
Bottle. Hazy red amber, and nearly completely still-- no head on this at all. Aroma and flavour are intensely sour and vinegary. Acidic and unpleasant, harsh in the throat. Beyond any subtlties of "sour cherries"etc, this was just too much. Can a sour beer be off? I don’t know man...
3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20 garmonbozia (319) - Hattiesburg, Mississippi, USA - MAR 29, 2012
Bottle from Wine and Cheese Place. Poured a dark ruby color with no head. Smell was all funk and dried cherries. taste was very thin. Lots of dried cherries and angain funk in this. Vinegary aftertaste. This was sour at first, but had a sweetness to it also. Interesting to say the least. I thought it was a good beer, but not best.
3.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20 Sammy (6113) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - MAR 24, 2012

4.2 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20 Mortlach (433) - Rome, ITALY - MAR 12, 2012
06/07/2011 Brasserie 4:20 (330ml bottle).

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20 teorn88 (739) - Rimini, ITALY - MAR 4, 2012
33cl bottle. 2010 vintage. Pours a deep amber color with ruby edges. Slightly hazy, no foam to speak of. Aroma is vinegary and tart. Balsamic vingar, wood, cherries and vanilla. Taste is sweet-sour with balsamic vinegar and cherries. Wood, red berries, and some funk. Completely flat and quite thin body. It’s like a perfect mix between a flemish red and a kriek lambic. Awsome, balanced and delicious. Carbonation would make this perfect.
