COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A special one time creation that truly lives up to its name. The base is a Stout brewed with hot chili peppers that has been aged for almost 2 yeasr with blueberries & pediococcus. It is opaque black in color in with just a touch of carbonation. Quite acidic & tart along with very intense flavors and aromas. This nightmare is sure to leave a lasting memory.

Draught @ Beer Temple shared with Lothore. Pitch black color, brown head that leaves good lacing. Aroma is sourish but also a little bit roasty and indeed a touch of blueberry. Taste is incredibly sour, acidic and vinegar. There is actually blueberry detectable, but the vinegar spoils it all imo. Very dry finish. Not. my thing.

On tap at BeerTemple. Dark brown black pour with thin brown head. Aroma is super acetic, balsamic bomb, oak, fruity aromas, roasty notes. Taste is enamel stripping, throat burning acidity, super vinegar, no residual sweetness. Palate is super dry, so sour itís actually hard to evaluate body. I will know what to use when my car battery runs low on liquid. Undrinkable.

Bottle - Beautiful malt vinegar. Jet brown with no head. Tastes like vinegar. Something went very wrong.

Apparently, it can be too sour. This beer burns a hole in your mouth and intestines. Fruit only distant.

Well, itís definitely a sour. Poured dark brown with a frothy head. Aroma of fruity vinegar. Medium body, the flavour is verrrrry tart, some of the blueberry is still in there, but itís not exactly more-ish.

tap at OLaR. black with a large bubbled tan ring. Tarry nose, chocolate becomes astringent next to strong acetic presence, not much fruit but plenty of nail polish. Warmth allows more earthy chocolate to emerge. Moderate sized oily body, thinly acetic at the front, soft blueberry and lactic notes mid adding milky sweetness to the dry, earthy dark chocolate finish, anise hints somehow. Very balanced with warmth, acids and roast elements drying and quenching.

Little dicker bottle from PUBíR, Iíd estimate 330 cl. Pour is chestnut with minimal tan head. Nose is earthy acidity, hot pepper, blueberry, funk. Tastes very funky, very wild, with blueberry, some pepper, a bit hard to fathom the intent. Gets vinegary late, with blueberry, but was hard to finish. Gets funky and feety in the flavor and nose, and I must declare this one as a semi-failed experiment.

Pretty hilarious. Pour is brownish/purple with no head at all. Aroma is balsamic vinegar, blueberries, wet cardboard, paper mill, and more vinegar. Taste is insane salad dressing vinegarette and soy. Jesus this isnt right. Cant drink more then a few sips. No carbonation oily and straight vinegar. wow.

Bottle. Brown pour with some hint of tan lacing. Light fruit, acetone, balsamic aromas. Sour tart blueberry, balsamic, nail polish flavors. Not really seeing the peppers or stout here.

This is a salad dressing, a blueberry vinegrette, good for cucumbers. WAY TO MUCH VINEGAR. Jesus Christ. Bad bad bad
