Bottle from the LCBO. Golden orange with a very slight haze and a small white head. Lovely aroma - sweet and fruity (apricot, yellow plum, grape), a bit spicy (most notably coriander & ginger, with a peppery background) and floral, and surprisingly fresh smelling considering that Iíve been sitting on it for a few months at least. Flavour is also very fresh and lively, with apricot and green grape sweetness, some drying ginger and pepper, a bit of yeast, and lingering chamomile and green tea in the finish. Wonderful stuff - I may have to go grab a few more bottles while itís still around.

Tap @TCBW2015. Clear golden color. Small size, white head, stays. Sour, plastic, sweet, burnt paper in aroma. Perfume, herbal, dusty, moldy taste. Perfume in aftertaste. Thin and sweaty. Weird one.

Clear yellow pour. Has a nice earthy herbal flavour with some yeasts and breads. Kind of odd but not terrible.

Tap at Tallinn Craft Beer Weekend 2015. Beautiful yellow colour with an almost neon green glare. Head with good retention and white. Nose... indistinct spiciness and herbal, peppery, very interesting, but hard to pin anything down... Sweet, yeast, sour apples, citrusy... Tastes not as interesting, thereís some coriander-like spiciness but itís overall wheaty-yeasty sweet. Grainy on the palate, yet somewhat watery, with very little bitterness. Quite nice, but Iím not longing for another 100 ml.

Hazy yellow beer, white head. Nose is citrus, spices lemons. Flavor is very lemony and spicy, herbal, peppery notes. Finishes with more pepper and lemons. Interesting stuff, if spice and lemons are your thing.

Lots of aroma, flowery, buttery, savory herbs. Taste is more subdued, flowers, abrupt finish. Light body, medium airy head.

Bottle. When poured into a snifter, itís mostly foam. A rather nice looking, white, fairly thick, foam, but foam nevertheless. Some light orange, hazy liquid sits at the bottom. Aroma is apple, lemon, spiciness, caraway, herbs, cinnamon. Taste is spicy, somewhat sweet, quite herbal. Chamomile maybe? Not too pleasant really or maybe Iím just not in the mood.

Picked this up a few weeks ago 50Cl split 2 ways in stemware, 3 finger creamy head cloudy hazy burnt orange w/ gold appearance. the head is extremely dense and the nose is loaded with pepper, bitter orange, herbal fruit salad. Taste like a salad, very herbal. a bit of green or black tea, tree bark, lemon zest and cloves with a peppery finish. interesting but wouldnít buy again.

At Borefts 2014. Orange with a thick head. Fruity, spices, bitter but also sweet. Not bad at all.
