3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours orangey amber with a massive, growing head that is threatening to turn into a mushroom cloud.
Nose shows ginger, citrus fruits, floral characters, tea and doughy yeasty notes. Also some green herbal notes.
Flavours focus on ginger but also show herbal, spicy hops. Some soft malt underneath. Pretty easy drinking stuff.
Too much carbonation.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Orange colour with dense, lasting, white head. Slightly cloudy. Fruity, yeasty nose with orange peel, Seville orange and a spicy hint of pepper mint. Fruity, slightly yeasty taste with notes of citrus peel, grass, spices and herbs. Dry, perfectly harsh, with a nice, dry bitterness in the finish. Brilliant saison,

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 11/20
UPDATED: FEB 23, 2014
Look: Pours with huge fizzyish, medium sized bubbles white head. Rocky slow retention, breaking down into big bubbles that leave fat, thick layer on the top at the end. Cloudy, copper, wheat dark yellow with fair amount of carbonation and lacing.
Smell: Chamomile! Rancid chamomile. Feels kinda stuffy, like a chamomile tea left too long to brew. Overall herbal feel, with earthy, floral, light lemon, white wine and peppery notes. Some funky yeasty notes hidden in the herbal part.
Taste: More pepper, gingery than in the smell, herbal part a bit smoother. Rich medium sweet malty part combined with strong herbal notes make an unique herbal teal like feeling, which doesn’t really fly in my book. Light-med noble hop bitterness with some malt/wheat sweetness at the end. Sweetness goes into the sour zone with few sips.
Mouthfeel: Medium carbonation, medium body, still relatively smooth. Not too much going on tho.
Overall: Chamomile! They dominate over all other and combined with the rich malt backbone make a descent herbal tea. It is interesting, but doesn’t appeal to me. Don’t associate herbal chamomile tea with something pleasant - rancid remedy for stomach ache.

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
bottle, what what. Crisp golden pour, paper thin carbonated loaded white head that drops traces of bubbles all over the sides of the glass as it mitigates down to a drinkable level. Aroma of spices, lots of spices, lemon, yeasty, nice aroma. Taste, very sweet, some spices, carb loaded mouth feel, finishes sweet and peppery, interesting take on the style, a bit too sweet for my liking but a nice refreshing brew nonetheless.

Appearance: Hazy golden body with a white head.
ARoma: Ligt flowers and citrus and some yeast.
Taste: Taste of flowers, zest and ginger, with a stronger dry finish of chamomille and spices. (cinamon like ?)
Thin body, medium carbonation
Ok but I expected more from this.

Hazy golden body with a white head. Fruity, mostly citrus, flowers, some yeast, bread, really smells like spring. Taste is refreshing, with some spice notes. Sweet mostly. Very refreshing beer. I would definitely want to have this again during a warm summer day.

This surprisingly delicious brew is like a little taste of springtime. Just a little sweetness as it touches the lips, then dances in light fruits and spices across the tongue. Grab a bottle when you can find it!

Bottle to snifter (shared by DrSilverworm). Looks good; a hazy golden orange with ample foamy off-white head. Smells solid; yeasty and doughy with pleasant notes of ginger and mild spices. Tastes like it smells, only less robust. Average on the palate. Decent beer.

In bottiglia. Giallo dorato, velata con schiuma persistente. Aroma di fiori di campo, esteri del lievito e cereale. Al palato dapprima dolcezza derivante dal cereale poi un esplosione di spezie, fiori di campo e un finale ben amaricato.
