3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle @ weekly tasting shared with Dutchdrebus and Ansjelaah. Opaque black color, small light brown head. Aroma is malts, huge iodine and "finger paint" and peat. Taste malts, liquor, again huge iodine and peat. Too much for me. Medium body, medium carbonation.

4.3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20
Initial dirty taste hints at the earthy nature of this brew, lots of peat and smoke. Dry and chalky, typical for the Italian hard water. Wood smoke aroma, taste is peat, cork, wood, etc. A gentle sipper for sure, and not for everyone’s palate.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle. Pours really dark brown in color with a tan head. First there’s some spicy notes, bit of peat and earthy moor in aroma. Later on as it gets a bit warmer some roasted coffee and notes of cocoa and vanilla appears as well. Dark and bitter chocolate in taste, bit of sharp whiskey notes from time to time not too much though. In the end you get some more sweeter chocolatey notes with hints of vanilla as well. Gets smoother towards the finish too. Good sipper and in a way the oaky whiskey ’n vanilla are really nice contribute in the end
