Bottled at Monk’s Café, Stockholm. Pours out in a hazy golden colour with a small white foam. Fresh grassy hops in the aroma with touches of dough and peaches. Medium-bodied with strong notes of crisp bitter grassy hops with undertones of cereals, pepper, pale biscuity malts and yellow fruits. Long bitter and crisp finish of wet grass, pepper and cereals. Very nice Pils!

Jul 16, 2008 Kind of a non descript little quaffer. Buttery old world flavors with some citrus and coriander notes. Crisp and clean throughout, with some nice bittering hops throughout.

Jun 7, 2008 33 cL bottle, comes as Viæmilia. Pours hazy yellow with a fully diminished white head. Solid spiced and mild wheaty aroma. Orange peel and spiced wheaty flavour. Classic belgian wit in an italian way. Ends slight bitter and dry.

The correct name is VIÆMILIA
Hazy blond color. It has some herbal hop and crispy malt aroma. Quite good body for a Pilsner, with good flavor and very strong hopping. Solid Pilsner.

May 17, 2008 another great entry from italy. the brewer was great, nice light amber and a creamy head. hops with grass citrus and a taste to match. dry and ballanced. what pills should be.
