@BBF12. Pours cloudy yellow with a white head. Aroma is malt, brett, grapefruit, perfume and light flower. Flavour is malt, funk, grapefruit and light brett.

Lightly hazed pale golden with a big white head of tightly knit bubbles.
Nose is sour fruits, orange, lemon, yeast, mint.
Taste comprises light brett tones, citrus, lemon, grass, earthy, light hops, touch of spice.
Medium body with moderate carbonation, crisp dry finish.
Decent clean tasting saison.

26/11/2012 Ma che siete venuti a fà (tap). Dorata, torbida, opalescente, schiuma bianca abbondante e abbastanza persistente. Al naso il bretta è grande evidente, emergono note di scorza d’arancia e spezie. In bocca è dolciastra, speziata con punte citriche e di scorza di limone e finale abbastanza secco ma non troppo. Corpo medio, carbonazione soft. Bella saison brettata, davvero ben fatta, se rifinita un po’ può diventare una grande birra.

Draught @ 4th Borefts Beer Festival 2012, Brouwerij de Molen, Bodegraven, Netherlands.
Unclear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, moderate hoppy, citrus, moderate yeasty, peppery, spicy. Flavour is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, citrus peel, spicy - peppery saison yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Sample at Borefts Beer Festival 2012. Pours a hazy and yellow beer with a white head. The aroma is malt, fruit and brett. The flavor follows the nose with additional grapefruit. The palate is bitterness. Overall a good beer.

Borefts Beer Festival IV. Day 1. Hazy gold beer, good white head. Very dry palate. Insipid pale malts, bretty. Mild citrus. Over dry finish. Not ticking any boxes for me!
