Edizione limitata de La Mancina creata appositamente per le grandi occasioni brassata per festeggiare il primo anno del birrificio. Birra ampliata non solo nel formato, ma anche nella complessità attraverso il potenziamento della ricetta base. Ancora più solida nel grado alcolico, presenta un colore ambrato e una struttura più ricca ed intrigante. Dà il meglio di sè in compagnia degli amici, magari abbinata con salumi e formaggi stagionati, piatti robusti e dolci invernali.

Unclear medium orange amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, fruity, moderate to heavy yeasty, riped fruit, phenol, sweet potatoes - potatoes peel. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, phenol, riped fruit. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20121216]

Oro intenso buona schiuma discreta persistenza pepata piuttosto alcolica frutta sotto spirito discreto malto non molto luppolata
