COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
La Pomposa, che prende il nome dall’omonima piazza di fronte alla Birroteca Al Goblet, è una Ale che unisce lo stile italiano e lo stile belga, bilanciata con un giusto contrasto di malti belgi e luppoli provenienti da varie parti del mondo. Ingresso floreale (al naso si sentono i malti in modo marcato) e finale secco ed amarognolo.

Draft at the Goblin Pub in Pavullo nel Frignano. We tried this one early in the evening, a social event without much notetaking. I remember it to be a fairly yeasty, light amber ale with a bit of spice.

Assaggiata al Harvest di Bologna. Ampio cappelo di schiuma densa e mediamente persistente, birra rosso-ambrato, forte sentore di malto e importanti aromi di luppolo ben bilanciato, al palato caramello e liquirizia con amari strutturati ma sfuggenti. Nel complesso una birra gradevole, ben ideata ma ampiamente migliorabile.
