COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
La Zemiān č la birra pių alcolica della gamma con i suoi 6.7%. Ingresso deciso e luppolato con finale maltato. Prende il nome dall’appellativo dialettale degli abitanti di Modena, detti “Geminiani” in italiano e, appunto, Zemiān in modenese. La birra nasce dalla volontā di reinterpretare una birra in stile belga.

Draught at Goblin Pub. Dark amber, solid white head with moderate retention and solid lacing. Aroma of light malts and flowers, like lady’s perfume. Taste has white pepper, flowers, light body. Nice start for this new brewer.

Draft: Poured a reddish orange with creamy off white head. Aroma is a mix of fruit and spice. Taste is bitter metallic, grain, fruit, and some malts.
