Yellow, large head, Very low aroma, a touch acidic. Watery palate, but crisp carbonation. Seaweed and some cabbage in the taste. Past its peak, but it seems as if it may have been a dull weizen anyway.

Weizen molto dissetante e secca, con poco sentore di banana e maggiore beverinità

750 ml bottle. A hazy/cloudy pale amber beer, with a large, frothy, almost fully lasting white head. The aroma is moderately malty (toasted bread/grain), lightly to moderately yeasty (basement), with notes of banana, bubblegum, cloves and perhaps a touch of pear and pepper.The flavor is moderately sweet, lightly to moderately acidic, lightly bitter. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation, long finish with light to medium bitterness. It scores above the average in every aspect. Complex aroma, well balanced taste and true to style. Very good.

Birra chiara opalescente e dai sentori fruttati, banana su tutte, con corpo leggero e dalla buona carbonazione. Piacevolmente rinfrescante nelle giornate calde.

Bottle at Domus Birrae. Hazy pale yellow with a white head. Aroma light to moderate malty (wheat, fruity, banana) and yeasty. Body quite thin and watery. But really OK.

Bevuta in bottilgia si presenta molto limpida e trasparente non moltoin linea con lo stile, ottimi i profumi ma in bocca risulta oleosa, da riprovare.

Color chiaro tendente al dorato, con bella schiuma pannosa e abbastanza persistente. Aroma decisamente fruttato( banana su tutto) e sentore leggero di spezie. In bocca attacca morbida, poco frizzante con finale per niente amaro e leggermente speziato( pepe?). Poca astringenza al palato. Buona weizen.

hazy golden color/ white head. Pungent clove, banana, cinnamon sweet spicy aromas. medium bodied with a smooth mouthfeel. Very good spicy cinnamon, clove, sweet yeasty banana flavors on a rich, lightly tart pale wheat base. @Bir& Fud

Clear golden with a small white head. Sweet and yeasty aroma with wheat and banana notes. Flavor had wheat, yeast and banana. Finished sweet.
