0,2L draught sample@Internationales Bierdorf, Tettnanger Hopfenwandertag 2014. Pours honey amber, none too viscous, nor fuming in aroma: caramel, wild honey. Easily drinkable, well balanced, with some unusual exotic fruit notes and again that elegant, pillowy BI yeast profile. Hence much more of a pleasure to down than many a residual sugar-drowned DE heller Bock.
