COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed with a new variety pf Tettnag, "Hop 728", 24 alfa.

Variazione #4 delle nostre Pils.
"Arriva Delia. Una storia particolare la accompagna.
Quando gli amici di Tettnag mi hanno parlato di un nuovo luppolo sperimentale ad elevato contenuto di amaro (24% di alfa acidi) mi sono subito agitato.
La testa dell’alchimista si è messa in moto e il suo misterioso percorso mi ha portato sulla strada più difficile: usare una "bomba alfa" per aromatizzare una delicatissima birra.
Lo so, sarebbe stato più facile farci una Double IPA o una Imperial Stout, ma non ho potuto resistere alla sfida.
Prodotta per decozione con malto pils e luppolo 728, Delia ha le caratteristiche di una birra estiva e tale in futuro diventerà.
Al naso presenta aromi fruttati inusuali, in particolar modo di ananas, ed in bocca rivela un corpo leggero ed un gusto secco con una punta di dolce.
Ora non resta che provarla!"

(Thx! for sharing!) Sampled draft @ Italian BEER Week-End #5. Clear pale citrus, fluffy white head. Nose is big grain, flowers, lightly soapy, low vegetable lager qualities, easy, mellow overall. Taste is easy grain, soap, low vegetable, low bouillon touch, decent,… Grainy body,… Not bad but the soap & vegetable notes don’t make it entirely to my liking. Drinks easily, nothing bothers. Decent but not great. Expected a bit more to be honest, giving the reputation of this breweries other Pilsner.

Draft. A yellow beer with a huge white head. The aroma has notes of straw, herbs, and hops. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw, herbs, malt, and hops, leading to a bitter finish.

Tap at Open Baladin Torino. Pours brilliantly clear pale yellow with a large, frothy white head, long retention with good lacing. Aroma is corny and grainy Pils malt with light floral hops. Flavor is clean and crisp grainy and corny Pils malt, medium floral hops and bitterness with a dry finish. Light body and medium carbonation.

Flavour is moderate sweet and moderate to heavy bitter with a long duration, green grass, pale malt. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20140809]
