Keg at North Bar, Leeds. Pours a clear amber, finger of head. Aroma is bready and a bit hoppy, hints of tropical fruits. Taste is similar, not as powerful of distinctive as I’d expected. Nice mouthfeel, longish, pleasant finish. Good, but not as good as I’d expected.

Keg at North Bar. Slightly hazy orange, thin white head. Soft Saaz hop nose, floral (lavender?), doughy. Nice full mouthfeel, one of the best I’ve had in a lager. Nice and refreshing with a long but soft, slightly peppery hop finish. Lovely.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20 DSG (3004) - Tel Aviv, ISRAEL - MAY 20, 2012
Bottle shared at a tasting at Rotem’s place. Clear golden with a big frothy white head. Lovely fresh hops aroma, floral, grassy and slightly citric with a bit of earthy notes and malt. Flavor has a bit of slightly bready maltiness and a nice citric and grassy finish. Medium-bodied, smooth mouthfeel. Really tasty and quaffable. One of the best (if not the best) Pilseners I’ve ever had.
