I’m not a weizen lover anymore, but I’ve tasted it one time. It left me a good sensation, manly the lightness. Dark-ambered color, persistent froth, average carbonation, bananas taste, fruity and well structured.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20 Slayer85 (872) - Firenze, ITALY - JAN 2, 2012
750 ml bottle (6& ABV). A cloudy medium to dark brown beer, with a huge, frothy, rocky, lacing, almost fully lasting, beige head. The aroma is moderately malty (tosted bread/nuts, caramel, milk chocolate), lightly yeasty (cobwebs), with notes of banana and spices. The flavor is moderately sweet , lightly acidic, lightly bitter. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation, short finish with light to medium bitterness. Apart the thinness and the short aftertaste, it has a very enjoyable aroma and a big persistent head. Good stuff.
