Golden colour with white head. Fruity aroma, alchol, banana, caramel malt and honey, light sour. At taste is sweet and smooth but finish dry with long little bitterness.

Bottle, bought @ Bierzwerg.de. Pours hazy yellow amber with some small floaties with a medium, frothy, off-white head. Aroma has red apple, light wine gums, peach, sweet malts and light caramel. Medium carbonation, fine dry and creamy mouthfeel. Flavour has nice sweetness, malty, wheat, apricot, sugary, vinious. Very elegant.

Bottle, 2nd Tuesday Tasting @ De Molen. Hazy orange colour, off-white head. Nose is grainy, belgian yeast, bit sugary and dry. Flavour is sweet malted, candy sugar, little spices, sweet finish. Meh.

Bottle @ de Molen. Hazy golden color, short head. Aroma of spicy yeast, orange peel, tangerine, citrus, pepper. Soft sweetness in taste, bit spicy. Ok.

Bottle at the De Molen second Tuesday tasting, April 2013. Poured a slightly hazy medium amber with a glass hugging white head. The aroma is big malt and Belgian yeast. The flavour is medium bitter, malty and a little sweet with some citrus notes. Very drinkable. Not a classic Belgian tripel. Possibly an improvement!

Bottle shared at Denk’s monthly tasting at De Molen. Pours slightly lumpy orange with a small off white head. Aroma of grain, malt, some wort, toffee and a little light fruit. Flavour is medium to heavy sweet and light bitter. Light medium bodied with soft carbonation.

UPDATED: APR 28, 2013 Alla spina. Intenso color oro, quasi arancio, con spumeggiante schiuma bianca; sentori dolciastri, speziati, agrumati al naso e note di arancia, caramello e zucchero a velo al palato. Corpo medio, effervescenza nella norma, piuttosto vellutata; finale asciutto amaro e luppolato piacevolmente persistente. Una buona Tripel, fascinosamente strutturata.
