COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
"Birra dorata doppio malto ad alta fermentazione prodotta secondo lo stile birrario Belgian Strong Ale con l’aggiunta di zucchero candito bianco. La fermentazione viene effettuata con un lievito belga che gli conferisce un piacevole aroma fruttato. Sempre al naso riconosciamo l’aroma di luppolo Golding, mentre al gusto risalta la sua struttura caratterizzata anche da una schiuma pannosa e compatta. L’impatto è estremamente piacevole e immediato e si può accompagnare tranquillamente a primi ricchi, risotti e formaggi stagionati."

(Bottle, Bishop’s Arms North, Stockholm) Pale yellow colour with lasting, white head, leaving traces of lacing. Fruity, malty nose with citrus, tropical fruit (pineapple, mango) and spicy, floral hops. Fruity, malty taste with notes of citrus, tropical fruit and grassy, spicy hops in the finish. A certain acidity shining through. More than medium body, fairly sweet. Quite nice shot at the Duvel style.

Clear medium yellow orange color with a average to large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, light hoppy, sweet orange, moderate yeasty, leather notes, apricot notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration.
