Fresh and a bit tangy aroma of yeast with hops mixed with a slightly sweet aroma of malt and alcohol. The taste is slightly tangy with a touch of yeast, wine, malt and bitter hops. Dry and bitter aftertaste. A beer with a slightly different taste!

Bottled (thanks omhper!). Hazy orangeish nutbrown colour, small off-white head. Aroma is a bit nutty, fruity, some slight alcohol as well as some yeast. Flavour is fruity, nutty, some maltyness as well as mild wooden notes. Quite pleasant, but a bit thin in the palate.

(Bottle) Hazy amber colour with lasting, off-white head. Fruity, nutty nose with notes of roasted chestnuts, caramel, brown sugar, ryvita and citrus. Fruity, malty, nutty taste with citrus, caramel, chestnuts, bread and hints of brown sugar. Fairly low bitterness with a slight citric acidity in the finish. More than medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Quite nice with a balanced, but interesting, chestnut character.

Bottle, kindly provided by OleR. It’s a hazy, dark golden beer, a dense, off-white head sits on top. The aroma is malt dominated, with lightly roasted malts and caramel. Some notes of alcohol in the back. The flavor is malty too, with caramel and a nutty touch. Medium body and a malty end. A tasteful beer, but definately not a world class one. 100212
