Bottle @ Bar Boboli, San Gimignano. A bit hazy pale yellow beer with a thick white foamy head. Aroma is crisp, a bit tart, citrus fruits and wheat. Flavour repeats the same elements and is a bit sour. Refreshing and quite sour wheat ale.

0,33l bottle @ One Pint Pub. Pours hazy yellow with a high head. Aroma is sour malts, apples and some wheat. Flavor is sour malts with some wheat and vinegar. Crispy carbonation. Quite decent and interesting. Can’t understand people bashing these.

Bottiglia da 33cl, si presenta bene, color giallo intenso con riflessi aranciati, torbida, con bella schiuma, in bocca é subito citrica, ma non eccessivamente e finisce con un’abbondante acidità. Weiss corretta e godibile.

Aroma is lemons, fruit, strong sour/tart notes and heavily perfumed. The flavor is lemons, berries, light tea notes, wheat and a very tart/sour finish.

Where and how: bottle 500 ml Virginia Beach
Aroma tart, musky grape, vineus, green apple juice.
Top: lighter rocky white top.
Base: golden with haze.
Palate : low carbonation, medium lighter body.
Taste: I am not sure what they meant to brew Low carbonation with tartness. Green apple like. Wheat based and sour. Is this Berliner at 5% ? I don’t think that is what they intended. Poor.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Very, very odd and unpleasant aroma - some horrible chemistry. Medium body, tart and chemical. A total drainpour. This can’t be healthy! 070413
