With Huehuetenango coffee.
This beer is an ale, amber-colored discharge high fermentation produced using traditional English malts and hops. The particularity of this beer is absolutely innovative in the use of Huehuetenango coffee beans, toasted or not. The final product will be marked notes of fresh coffee in a brown robe of a monk. Although the palate the notes of a classic traditional beer, stands on the nose and aftertaste of a stamp net of aromatic coffee which is the Huehuetenango

Bottle. Poured a medium-dark brown color with a small but solid off-white head. Aroma was coffee, malts. Flavor was roasted, a bit more thin than expected (though for a brown not too far off). Coffee beans bring a nice roasted and bitter flavor.

Bottle: Pours a transparent dark mahogany with a thin, spotty-lacing ring of off-white head. Has a rich chocolatey nose with some toasty caramel notes. Starts fairly thin without much carbonation and some light cocoa flavor but also has a touch of fruity tartness toward the finish. Could be better without the tartness and a little more body for balance.

Light aroma, unfortunately smells a bit stale. Does have hints of Cafe Aztec, a coffee liqueur, so on the right track. Has a dark hue, but too red. tastes like coffee liqueur but more sweet. Palate was a bit confusing. I liked the thickness and the carbonation, but it has a disgustingly sweet taste left over after a while.

Ottima

11.2oz bottle. Poured a darker brown color with a large sized off white head. Aromas reminded me of Thai Iced coffee for some reason. Coffee and cream with some roastiness. Tastes of coffee, cream roast, vanilla, and some chocolate.
