Mi aspettavo di tutto da questa birra , stra-pagata da Eataly. Invece naso inesistente con sentore di solo lievito. In bocca frizzante, corpo inesistente, luppolo non pervenuto. Magari era la bottiglia sfortunata .

330 ml bottle. Golden body with a big, creamy white head. Fresh grassy aroma with flowers. Flavor is hoppy with citric fruit and herbs, fine malt flavor as well. A bit unusually in flavor, some unusual herbs maybe, nice bitterness, some floral aftertaste, good balance. This is a really nice version of a pilsner. Very refreshing.
4.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20 lachrymalisis (189) - Pennsylvania, USA - SEP 21, 2011
Regardless, poured a bottle into a pilsner glas and observed a cream-colored head form to about three fingers in depth. Looks creamy like fluff.
Smells like a more German-style pilsner—slightly peachy, but dry at the same time. Nice doughy-yeast quality and mild pine-hop aroma. Crisp and clean with a hint of candy or caramel.
Tastes so damn creamy! The mouthfeel is noticed before the taste! Great pilsner breadiness with wonderfully balanced and crisp hop profile. Touch of grass quality along the sides of the tongue. Did I mention that the carbonation dissolves into the creamiest texture you could ever imagine? Amazing mouthfeel on this beer.
Find this one. It is incredible.

Hazy orange gold; thin head. Seems very Czech to me. Could use some more hops, but otherwise it has the textural qualities of very good pils.
