Presentet as Tosta Sour. Belive this is the one. Draught at Romes prime beerbar. Dark clear brown with a minimal head. Molden sour aroma, soy, medium amount of coffee, vinegar, oak and the like. Powerfull acidic flavor, some coffee bitterness and tons of alchohol. This beer knocked me out...

ABV: 13%. Clear medium to dark red brown colour with a average, fizzy and open, fair lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to light beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, sour, wood, sherry. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate acidic with a long duration, sherry, wood, oak, tart, soy sauce salty. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20110611]

incredibile! colore ambrato molto scuro, schiuma quasi inesistente parecchio piatta e poco carbonata in tipico stile barley wine inglese... al naso è molto complessa: valanga di frutti secchi, idromele, cherry, legno, confettura di prugne... in bocca è ancora più complessa perkè si aggiungono altre componenti come il malto tostato molto carammellato il tenore alcolico e una squisità acidità finale data dalla botte che le conferisce un finale lunghissimo che rimane anche due minuti dopo il primo sorso... bona!
