COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Birra di bassa fermentazione prodotta ispirandosi alla tradizione Renana della città di Dortmund. Chiara dal colore limpido e gusto rotondo con un giusto equilibrio tra luppolo e malto. Birra rinfrescante prodotta con pregiati malti tedeschi e luppoli nobili tedeschi e bohemi.

0.75 l bottle. Golden color. Sweet, toffeish, fruity and malty aroma with hint of sulfur. Sweet toffeish flavor with some fruitiness and sulfur. The fruitiness and sulfur is masking malt and hops.

(Bottle at HBF2010) Poured pale golden and lightly hazy with medium sized and white head. Aroma was mildly grassy. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were grass, fruitiness, mildly sweetness and bitterness. Aftertaste was fruity and bitter. Fresh.

Slightly hazy golden color, small steady white head. Light buttery and hayish nose. Buttery maltyness, hayish hops. Light lingering bitterness in the aftertaste. Clean, but bottle is more interesting than beer itself.
