COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Poco carbonata.

In short: An overly sweet fruity IPA. Meh.
How: Bottle 330ml, consumed fresh soon after purchase directly at the store of Spanish the importer of this Italian brewery.
The look: Cloudy dark orange body topped by a small white head.
In long: Nose blends some slightly-stale fruity hops and malts sweetness which combine to create a candied fruits aroma. In mouth the beer has a medium size body and a medium carbonation, Taste is very much on the sweet side for the style. There is a lot of sweetness and with the strong fruitiness the beer tastes like a caramelized fruit jam. Bitterness is crushed by the sweet dried fruits and canned fruits flavor. I drank this beer one week after I purchased it in a beer store oversea and I think I was sold an old stale IPA, but there’s nothing I could do about it because I was back home, I felt as frustrated and powerless as when I want to reset my wifi router but I’m unable to because it is in my neighbour’s apartment.

On tap at Hoppy Days. Almost clear deep gold pour with cask like head. Aroma is nice and hoppy, lots of grapefruit, light dankness, quite pleasant aroma. Taste is bitter, not as harsh as spacca palato which is nice, nice fruity hoppiness with light sweet malty notes. Palate is med bodied with light carbonation. Tasty.
