COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Tipologia: American Pale Ale
Ingredienti: acqua, malto, luppolo e lievito Birra a doppia fermentazione Servire a 6-8°C 5,6 % VOL 37.5 cl / 75 cl e Google Tranlate: Type: American Pale Ale The X Salt was born as a tribute to a dear friend, Andrea Graziano, for "10 years of Salt" Of course, everything had to go from an idea, a theme ... and here since the name already explains everything. A "Special ale", designed "For Sale" strong character and unique style (American hops are overseas.) Many of our supporters we had requested but lacked the inspiration that only the "strange creative resonance "that Andrea could you send us. liked to Andrea now and then finally "for sale". Ingredients: water, malt, hops and yeast in beer fermentation double Serve at 6-8 ° C 5.6% VOL 37.5 cl / 75 cl

Hazy golden yellow with white foma head, lasting but not too lacing. Aroma is nice and hoppy, so is taste a nice bitter beer. Aftertaste is surprisinly long lasting. (Catania 201212)

Bottle from the ’Botega’ shop next to St Peters, Modica, Sicily. Very hazy amber beer, big pale cream coloured head. The palate is crisp and fairly dry. Dry but creamy malt base supports mild citric hops. Minerals. Finishes creamy and dry. Slightly frustrating - finally some hops but there just isn’t enough of them. Drinkable though.
