Birra ispirata allo stile American Style Black Ale (Black IPA), prodotta artigianalmente utilizzando acqua, malto d’orzo, luppolo e lievito.

Tap at De Wildeman, 19th November 15. Pours dark brown, black. Aroma sweetish malts, hops not evident. Taste is smooth and rich, fairly malty. It’s nice, I’d like more hops

26-SEP-2015, draft @Taphouse with Ulkløbben following a trip to Odense. Dark dark amber with a lasting, lacing, off-white head. Dry hopped for sure. Roast and pine. A bit blurry, nothing wrong just not all that distinct. Malt><hop balance is to the hoppy side. Creamy, full, nice.

On tap at Hoppy Days. Dark brown colour, beige head. Aroma is quite fruity, malty, dark fruits, prunes, light hoppy. Flavour follows, some liquorice, mostly dark fruits, hoppy finish. Light to medium bodied. More like a hoppy Bock. Tasty though.
