Hazy blond color with small head. Light aroma of lemoncake. Weak body, dry mouthfeel; breadish flavor with lemony/bergamot touch and creamy impression; the bitterness is quite low.

Draft @ ML Fontainas, Italian Fest Sept ’14.

Thanks! Sampled draft @ Italian Beer Week-end / Zwanze 2014 CML. Odd citrus, light greenish golden, little creamy white head. Wheat lactic nose is strong, fizzy, soda, citrus. Taste is a bit odd, spices, coriander, lacto wheat, lemon, soda, sprizity. Fizzy body. Not my favourite but not bad for what it is.

Draught Very good, ultrafine & dense snowwhite head over fully hazy pale yellow-lime beer; textbook lace. Orange & citrus - little or no coriander. Spicy, even tad peppery. Can’t find the bergamotte, however. Citrus, fine & aromatic flavoured, faintly spicy-yeasty. Some wheat, not overobvious. Pretty clean palate - rare for a witbier. Light body, but obvious (this time) wheatslickness. Very good in its style.

My Bottom Line:
This creative wheat beer promotes lactic tartness, citrusy fruitiness and doughy wheat in a frothy mouthfeel.

Further Personal Perceptions:
-A creamy head of foam sits atop the cloudy pale yellow.
-This is a bit like a Berliner Weisse, with a Weizen’s body and strength, spiced with bergamot.
-This is very refreshing!
-Mouthfeel is pleasantly dry.
-Mild vanilla can be imagined too.

On tap at Ma Che Siete, Roma.

Davvero niente male, una blanche un pò diversa, molto bevibile godibile e in questo periodo dell’anno, anche molto dissetante.

330 ml bottle from Birra +, served in a shaker glass. Very pale yellow, quite hazy, not much of a head to speak of, just a thick ring of foam. Intense and perfumy nose, its pretty much all around bergamot notes, lemon, lime, citric and slighly citrusy as well. Light flowers and lavander smell too. Slighly dusty in the mouth, obviously citric and lemony here as well, but not too overpowering. Moderately sweet. Average to lively carbonation, light body and creamy texture. Refreshing, thirst quenching and light. A proper summer beer if you don’t mind these types of fruits.
