Bottle @ benzai. Clear very pale golden colour with a very small white head. Smells bergamot, soapy, potpourri, toilet refreshner. Tastes herbs, bergamot, sweet. Doesn’t taste too soapy. Slightly ginger taste, liked the pickled ginger you eat with sushi. Medium body, soft carbo.

Bottle @ weekly tasting shared with Dutchdrebus and Thompson. Clear very pale golden color, very small white head that diminishes instantly. Smell and taste lightly malts, very herbal, soapy, guess it’s the bergamot. Not my thing at all.

Bottle at home. Low and quickly disappearing white fluffy head. Hazy dark yellow body. Powerful and yet sweet coriander dominated aroma and fruity notes in the background. Powerful flavor in a mixture of coriander and a good deal of hops whereas the fruit is only represented by lemon. Higly carbonated, long bitter finish. Surprinsing and quite refreshing.

Light haze on this paleish gold beer, small off white head. Palate is light and minerally crisp. Nice floral lemon - citrus. Touch of something cooling, akin to mint but not mint. Light crisp finish. Does what it says on the tin. Refreshing.

Bottle at Chris and Ruth’s place in London. Pale golden beer with an offwhite head. Fruity lemon grassy aroma. Sourish fruity citrus grassy flavour.
