Gran bella birra, a Pasturana ha fatto un figurone così come tutto il birrificio

12/05/2012 La Tana (tap). Dorata, opalescente, torbida, schiuma morbida bianchissima, non molto abbondante ma persistente. Al naso delicato aroma di limone, pane, lieviti e spezie. In bocca è di facile beva, corta, poco impegnativa, rinfrescante, ben fatta. Corpo leggero, "watery". Ok.

Cloudy blond color; medium sized creamy head. Aroma of yeast and bread dough. Weak mouthfeel; light lemony flavor, the spicy trace is almost impossible to detect; low bitterness.
Too anonymous.

Draught at Ma Che Siete Venuti a Fa. Cloudy gold with a thick, low head. Big lemon nose, coriander, simple but clean. Flavor is lemon, grains, coriander, light cream. Clean and pretty nice. Sweet, but with a dry finish. Decent Wit.

11-Nov-2011, draft @"Ma Che Siete Venuti a Fa", Rome. Pale yellow with a huge creamy head, like whipped cream. Really nicely presented. Spicey and flowery nose and taste. Hay’ish malty, no bitterness at all. The most fantastic smooth and silky mouthfeel, though quite thin.

Draft at Bir&Fud, courtesy of Mauele - grazie signore! Cloudy yellow, large white head, good lacing. Aroma of sour lemon and yeast. Taste is sour straw and hay. Nice.

Murky yellow-lemon, thin white ring, wispy head. Strong lemon cookie aroma, grass and cleaning product, and some juice-like fresh-fruit sweetness. Fresh lemon zest in the flavor, light dough, pine sol. Light body elevated by decent carbonation, slight grass and lemon zest lingering in the soft finish.

On tap at BQ, Via Losanna, Milano. Hazy yellow with a small head. Coriander aroma galore, more fruitiness in the mouth. An easier hand on the spice box would have been preferred.

On the tap. Citrus, orange, cardamomo and other fruit in aroma. Taste no longer persistent, not strutture.

Bottle 50cl New label: pale, lemon color, clear/hazy appearance. white and rocky foam thin texture and body, average carbonation, a little bit watery In my case, a slight tart flavor hit the nose once the bottle was opened but it quickly disappeared Cereal -wheat in particular-, coriander and orange peel aroma You get the exactly same flavors on the palate, but not so strong as the aroma Like its name says (silk), the seta is a very very smooth beer, refreshing too. Anyway, it remains a very standard and boring Wit . I don’t get the hipe about it.

Bottle. Golden colour with a white head. Aroma is citrus, coriander, orange, malt, hint of hop. Flavour is coriander, citrus, orange, malt, hint of hop. Nearly too much coriander.
