I had this alongside some great Italian sours, and as I’m drinking a growler of abner i see similarities.
Hazy orange pour with a scent of citrus specifically grapefruit. Slightly bitter with a smooth finish. Taste of citrus is prominent

Hazy amber blonde with a decent frothy white head which recedes in time.
Hoppy nose, caramel malts, pine, grapefruit and tropical fruit tones allied to a little grass.
Taste follows, hops and pine, grapefruit and mango.
Medium bodied with soft carbonation,
Overall a great hoppy APA, very refreshing!

con luppoli americani, questa birra presenta note amare e floreali che insieme si sposano benissimo.

Ipa luppolata al punto giusto, colore chiaro e schiuma persistente. In bocca il luppolo la fa da padrone. Di medio corpo abbastanza ben bilanciata.

Una APA completa dove tutto è sistemato con ordine. Niente stona con il corpo chiaro e sincero; nessun azzardo in particolare, nè nella gradazione, nè nella schiuma, nè nei luppoli o all’ olfatto. Nel complesso un pò anonima.

04/09/2011 La Tana (tap). Ambrata, abbastanza limpida, discreta schiuma bianco sporca, abbastanza persistente. Naso pungente, luppolo, note agrumate e di resina. In bocca è morbida, perfettamente bilanciata nelle sue due componenti, malto e luppolo, con discreto corpo a dispetto della gradazione alcolica contenuta. Birra gradevole, bilanciata, pulita, ma un po’ anonima.
