Bevuta alla spina, color oro carico, schiuma media fine e persistente. Al naso erbaceo e fiori di lavanda, al palato si sente agrumato per chiudere con un amaro lungo e persistente.

Draft at Bir&Fud. Cloudy orange yellow, solid white head, great lacing. Aroma of pineapple, citrus, flowers. Taste is yeast, bread. Bitter finish, medium body.

Tap at Bir&Fud in Rome. The pour is a hazed, light blonde with a sheen, rocky, yellowish head. Nice retention and sticky lace. Aroma is vinegar, lemon, socks, off character. Taste is sweet, tangy, citrus, mushroom, lemon, apple cider, light alcohol, vinegar. Palate is dry, stoney, bitter, soapy. Probably the beginnings of an infection. Will probably sour in the next 5 months. 4/7/2001 4/4/4/3/8=2.3
Tap at Bir&Fud again because I was bored. The appearance this time is much more impressive: a sheen, rocky, 0ff-white head sits atop a hazed blonde body. Excellent retention and lace. Aroma is still a little off: eggy and sulfur. But lemon and flowers peek through. Taste is huge potpourri, massive herbal hops, sweet orange, light bitterness, Palate is oily, full, sweet. Sort of tastes like lemon mousse. Much improved. Different keg? Better glassware? Or maybe my palate was killed on my first sample. 4/10/2011 5/5/7/4/13=3.4

Bottle from Domus Birrae, Rome. Pours unclear golden with a big creamy white head. Aroma of citrus and pines. Taste is nice malty with some fresh and crisp fruity hops. Nice beer with a dry end.

APA interessante con delicato profumo di frutta agrumata e resina.in bocca si ripresenta con note agrumate e luppolate ma molto equilibrate.
beverina è breferibile non troppo fredda,altrimenti non si sentono molto le note fruttate ma solo resina.

Bottle, courtesy of fonefan. Semi-clear dark golden body and small, off-white head. Citrusy, piney nose with a malty back. A bit sweet on the palate, full body and pleasant carbonation. Decent bitterness, pinecones and citrus peel. Some maltyness. Medium lenght finish with citrusy bitterness and some malty notes. A quite nice one, drinks easily and has some quenching qualities. Far from bad, not wonderful. 110219

Bottle.Pours golden amber with a white head.Aroma of peach, malt, herbal hops and fruitiness.Flavor is malty with some sweetness and fruitiness.some peachy and herbal hops.Medium body , average carbonation.Nice pale ale.
