Clear golden with white fluffy head. Fresh and intense hop nose with a touch of rubber balloon, citrus and grapefruit. Very good balance but bit weak in mouthfeel. Marked but balanced bitterness that lingers. Reminiscent of Närke Camarillo, there are loads of flavouring hops. Tasty beer with simplistic malt profile.

On tap at Ma Che Siete Venuti a Fa, many thanks to Manuele for this and his hospitality. Clouded straw with white head. Fresh, hoppy and dry with a fresh zesty lemon flavour, good tongue tickling stuff. it remains dry and bitter throughout, a really excellent beer.

bottle. Dark golden colour, big white head. Aroma is hoppy, citrus, grape and resin. Light body and caramel tast, light bitter and dry finish.

Assaggiata in bottiglia da 50 cl.
Ottimo aspetto, splendido colore oro carico con una schiuma fine, compatta e persistente. I profumi di luppolo sono predominanti, intensi e piacevoli. L’assaggio è soddisfacente, il gusto pieno, sapori di malto e luppolo si fondono in maniera perfetta. E’ una Pale Ale dal corpo pieno, carico di malto ma mai stucchevole, con la giusta carbonazione ma senza essere eccessivamente leggera e beverina. Il finale scivola lentamente negli amari dei luppoli, prolungati e delicati. Ottima birra!!

agrumata ma delicatya al naso la ritrovo più interessante in bocca dove la trovo equilibrata e amara, forse un po’ sfuggente

Draft pour. Clear amber color/ lasting white sheen. Fresh floral, honey pale malt aromas. medium bodied. Nice floral hoppy flavors with lightly sweet caramel, honey biscuit malt, bitter drying finish. nice pale.

Golden with a big and lasting white head. Aroma of citrus hops, herbs and fruity yeast. Dry hoppy and herbal flavour with a nice lasting bitterness. A bit yeasty to keep it from being an absolute winner
